5 rounds for time:

5 tire flips

5 wall ball shots

5 pull ups

5 burpees

5 Hang power cleans 135/95

    Used big tire for flips.
    Felt prett good throughout, all unbroken on pullups, wallballs and cleans.
    Last round was a gasser.

    16:08, goal was under 17:00, so I’m happy with that.

    Used the big tire, scaled to 95lb on the cleans. Pullups broken up as needed (last two rounds were all singles), everything else unbroken. Cleans were harder than I thought they would be, especially considering the weight was scaled.

    Afterward I did 19 more burpees to complete Burpee Challenge Day 44.

    Used the small tire; 14lbs wall ball, ring rows and 53lb on clean and jerk. Overall not bad.

    Need to up the tire and clean weight.

    Bring on Wednesday!

    19:16

    medium tire flips
    14 lbs wall ball
    ring rows
    burpees
    55 lb on clean and jerk.

    I apparently forgot what a burpee was so the first 3 sets were way wrong then the last 2 sets were my own floppy fish version. I also forgot how to do a clean and jerk so I reversed curled the mess out of those things.

    I’ll get it eventually!
